I've Been A Really Bad Girl

Sorry for not posting. I suppose I got caught up in the holidays.

Today, my mom, sister and I, drove around town doing a few errands.

1. We drove to the Cingular Wireless store at about 11 o'clockish. We upgraded or changed our family plan with Cingular Wireless. I forget the details exactly, but I think mainly now we can call anyone who is a Cingular customer...for free. My sister and I also got new updated phones. We sat at the Cingular Wireless store for like 1 hour and a half.
   
2. The three of us stopped at In-N-Out for lunch.
   
3. Then, we went to Robinsons-May and I exchanged some short blue jeans and a black jacket that my mom had given me. I exchanged a size 1 pants for a size 5 and a size small jacket for a medium.
4. Next, we made a quick trip to CostCo where my mom and sis picked up some eye contacts for my sister.
5. Then, we went to Bed Bath and Beyond to buy and return a few items. We returned the bathrobe that I bought Nancy and my mom bought an additional "caddy" for larger knives, to go with the food utensil organizer that I bought her.
6. Almost done, we drove back to the Cingular store because they had to fax and finish a few paper work items.
7. Finally, we drove home. It was almost 5:00
   

Headaches: the cause?

Today I went to work. I wore my hair half up in a pony-tail.
Now, I have a headache. I wonder if it is because of the ponytail. I let my hair down hours ago, but I still have a headache.

Then, earlier this evening, I received a call from ManPower, on behalf of my boss, Jill....I've been let go because I didn't work fast enough. I don't want to talk about the details.

Slept Through The Timer

This morning I woke up sometime after 6:05. My mom came in and woke me up. I looked at my alarm clock and saw that it was set, so I must have slept through it.

I was taking one more night to let my mattress breathe in some air. So, I slept on the floor on the couch cushions from downstairs. The alarm clock that I used is not the one I regularly use. This one goes off and beeps for a little while then stops beeping. The one I regularly use, I got it through the department of rehabilitation through the San Diego Deaf Association --or something like that. Anyway it's really cool. You can hook a lamp up to it to turn on, there's a bed shaker with it, and there's a knob for choosing how high or low you want the beep sound to be and another knob for what volume you'd like the beep to be.

Rainy Sunday

I went to the 8 o'clock service this morning 'cuz my mom, dad and I were going as a family to the service where my dad would read a little blurb thing and I would light two of the advent candles.

I went home, then went back to the church for John 1:1. Although I suppose I could have skipped going since there were only three people who showed.. Including me.

I want to get some really fun happy Christmas music at least to play on Christmas day while my family is opening our presents.
