I think I may be procrastinating.
Well first off, I browsed the Internet for ab exercises.
Later, I sat on my exercise ball and sort of did maybe 10 reps of two or three different exercises while I watched tv.
I don’t want to lay down to do any exercises.
I’m gonna see if my college still has any Exercise Science(PE) classes left in something pertaining towards abs.
